First Consultation and Follow-up Treatment - £35

Your initial consultation will last approximately 45 minutes. It begins with you completing a comprehensive health questionnaire, which enables the chiropractor to obtain an immediate overview of your health concerns. You will then sit with the chiropractor and discuss your key problems and any other issues you may have. A detailed physical, orthopaedic and chiropractic examination of your whole musculoskeletal system will then be carried out.

Following your initial consultation, you will then have a Report of Findings appointment. During this appointment, your chiropractor will explain the results of the initial consultation and advise you on a personalised treatment plan and proceed to do your 1st treatment session. This will take up to 30 minutes. They will also discuss with you the next steps of your treatment and give you the tools for better pain management.

Massage Therapy Session

Chiropractic Follow-up Treatment - £30

After your initial appointment, the next treatments will comprise specific adjustments, mobilisations and soft tissue techniques performed on the spine, joints, and muscles. This is done to restore normal function, ease muscle tension, remove strain from ligaments, improve the efficacy of the nervous system, and ultimately alleviate pain.

Subsequent visits are typically scheduled within a few days of the first treatment. The severity and duration of the condition, as well as any underlying causes, will influence the number of treatments required.

During each chiropractic session, progress is made gradually, just as with a typical workout at the gym. In addition to your treatment, you may receive guidance on exercises and lifestyle adjustments to optimise the benefits to your overall health.

This can only be booked if you have already had your first appointment with us.
