The number of sessions depends on your condition, how long you’ve had it and your personal goals. After your initial assessment, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan that outlines what to expect and how many sessions may be recommended.
Most patients do not find adjustments painful. You may feel a quick, gentle movement or hear a small clicking/popping sound, which is normal when a joint is opened up, a gas in the fluid is released.
Some people experience mild soreness afterward, similar to post-exercise discomfort and this usually settles within 24–48 hours.
Yes. Chiropractic care is considered safe when delivered by a qualified, regulated chiropractor. Chiropractors complete a four-year master’s degree that includes extensive practical training, clinical diagnosis and patient assessment.
